Collins Machine Works is fortunate to have some of the most talented technicians and administrators working in all facets of our global machining operations. Our valued team members are the backbone and foundation of Collins Machine Works’ successful track record. In recognition of their outstanding achievements, high level of technical expertise and willingness to accept greater responsibility, we honor them with an Employee of the Quarter award presentation and ceremonial luncheon. These employees are recognized in person by Mr. Robert Twine, the president of Collins Machine Works in front of their peers and forever commemorated on our Employee of the Quarter placard.
